  • Available for Primary Residence, Vacation Home or Investment Property.
  • Investment Property purchase or refinance has NO state restrictions and requires NO borrower employment or income. (No Doc Investor Option) 
  • MINIMUM Cannabis mortgage loan amount is $300,000. NO exceptions below $300,000 for this product.
  • MAXIMUM Cannabis mortgage loan amount is $10,000,000. Case-by-Case Exceptions above $10,000,000.
  • Minimum down payment is 5% on Full Doc (W-2, Tax Returns, Paystubs)
  • Minimum down payment is10% using Bank Statement Deposit qualifier. 
  • No Tax Returns required for Owner Operators using Bank Statements.
  • Maximum # of acres allowed is 20.  Call for Rural Property restrictions. Properties with agriculture use not allowed.
  • Minimum FICO score of 600 required to be eligible for this product.
  • No Commercial, Agriculture or mixed use properties allowed.
  • Typical funding period is 30 days.
  • Major credit events such as foreclosures, BK's, short sales allowed after 36 month seasoning.
